• Show your mobile or printed voucher to the staff when boarding the bus.
• The bus staff will validate your voucher and provide a bus ticket.
• Please keep the ticket with you during the complete tour. In case of lost or damaged, the ticket will not be replaced.
• You can redeem your ticket at any official stop.
• After validation, your 24 hour pass will start from the first use.
• You can hop on and hop off at any stop during the validity of your pass.
• The passengers will not be permitted to board if the maximum passenger limit has been reached in the bus. The passengers are request to wait for the next bus to arrive.

• Apply for cancellation at least 24 hours before the day of the tour to get full refund. Please wite to us at support@travioworld.com to get your tour cancelled.
• With in 24 hours of tour start date, no refund will be allowed.
• Guests who do not arrive or board the bus on the booked date will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
• If the tour is cancelled due to operational reasons or extreme weather conditions, guests will be offered an alternative travel date or full refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• All cancellation deadlines are based on local Edinburgh time.
