Cadiz is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in Western Europe, with cultural imprints just as diverse as the city itself. Yacimiento Arqueológico Gadir: The Yacimiento Arqueológico Gadir is an archaeological site of significant historical importance. It offers a window into the ancient Phoenician settlement of Gadir, which is one of the oldest cities in Western Europe.

Cadiz is, sadly, not such a well-known destination in Europe, so much so that it mostly doesn’t make it to many itineraries. But if you’re still going for it, congratulations, you’re a true traveller!
